Can I upgrade my ticket?

Unfortunately, no. You can not upgrade your ticket after purchase.

How do I get my tickets?

Tickets are in the form of wristbands, and wristbands begin shipping about a month before your event. (Unless you've selected the option to pick your ticket up at will-call).

If the event is getting pretty close and you haven't received any information on your wristband's shipment, you'll want to contact Front Gate Tickets at order-support@frontgatetickets. com

In the event you accidentally cut, tighten, or lose your wristband, don't worry! We will have replacements for $50. available at Will-Call during the event.

You'll just need to show

How old do I have to be to go to Rolling Loud?

To attend Rolling Loud Miami and Toronto you must be at least 16 years of age. For VIP, you must be at least 18 years old in the U.S., or 19 years old in Canada.

What kind of ID do I need to bring?

ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF ID:

Any official and unexpired US government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth.
Any official and unexpired US or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth.
Any official and unexpired foreign government-issued driver’s license/ID with color photocopy of passport.
Any official and unexpired temporary DMV documents proving you are currently renewing a license—ONLY if accompanied by passport or expired license.
UNACCEPTABLE FORMS OF ID:

NO school ID
NO consular ID
NO birth certificate
NO expired ID of any kind
NO photocopy of any ID (except as noted)

Can I transfer my ticket to another Rolling Loud?

No, tickets are not transferrable to other Rolling Loud concerts.

What is your COVID Policy?

Rolling Loud Toronto will continue to work with public health authorities to ensure our policies are in accordance with the latest public health guidance in Ontario. Currently, proof of vaccination is not required for outdoor events in Ontario. Please note that requirements and protocols, such as vaccination, are subject to change, so be sure to check back closer to the event for the latest information.

How do I get to the festival?

Getting there by Train:

Take the GO transit train (Westbound / Eastbound) and get off at Exhibition station. Walk to Ontario place.

Getting there by Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) – Streetcar

Subway to union station. Take the 509 Exhibition streetcar to Exhibition. Walk to Ontario Place.

What age do I have to be to attend?

To attend Rolling Loud Toronto you must be at least 16 years of age. To purchase a VIP ticket or alcoholic beverages at the festival you must be 19 years of age.

Where should I book my accommodation?

Downtown Toronto offers a wide variety of quality hotels near the festival.
We recommend staying the following hotels which are close by:

Hotel X, The Westin Harbour Castle, Le Germain Toronto Maple Leaf Square, Bisha Hotel Toronto, Residence Inn by Marriot, Hyatt Regency Toronto, Delta Hotel, Hilton Downtown, Hilton Airport.

The Toronto International Film Festival: TIFF will be happening the same weekend as our event, so we suggest booking your accommodations as soon as possible as hotels can fill up quickly during this time of the year.

Which airport should I fly into?

Toronto Pearson International Airport can be reached from most major US and International airports, with both direct and non-direct flights (35 minute drive to the festival site).

Billy Bishop Airport is the closest airport to the festival (7 mins), and can be reached on direct flights from New York, Chicago, Boston, and Washington.

Coming into Canada all travelers will need to be fully vaccinated.

Current Definition of “Fully Vaccinated” is 2 doses or a combination of 2 doses of the following vaccines, or 1 dose of Janssen/Johnson & Johnson:

As of April 1, 2022, pre-entry tests are no longer required for fully vaccinated travelers entering Canada via land, air & water.

Before traveling to Canada, all travelers must register with the ArriveCAN app. You will need to download the ArriveCAN app and upload your vaccination and potential quarantine plan info within 72 hours before your arrival to Canada.

Is Rolling Loud Wheelchair Accessible?

Rolling Loud is a fully accessible event, and we are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure you have access to all the event amenities. We welcome and encourage all feedback and suggestions from our patrons. The following explains the services provided this year. For any accessibility-related questions please email us at accessibilitycoordinator@livenation.com. We will do our best to assist you and address your accessibility needs.

The venue is fully navigable for people with mobility disabilities. The event is held on asphalt. There are accessible pathways connected throughout the venue including entrances, stages, vendors and all other activity areas. We encourage all guests with mobility disabilities to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. If you need to recharge your motorized wheelchair, you may do so at the Guest Services building inside the festival. Patrons should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 15 amp circuit. We will not be providing wheelchair or scooter rentals.

BAG POLICY

NO backpacks, purses or bags are allowed to be brought into the venue, EXCEPT for the following:

Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12.” (official Rolling Loud clear plastic tote bags are available online HERE);

One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags, i.e. Ziploc bag or something similar;

Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand (and that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5”), with or without a handle or strap; and

Clear plastic Hydration packs (empty upon entry), i.e. clear plastic CamelBak bag or something similar.

For the avoidance of doubt, iridescent, color-tinted, and opalescent bags are NOT allowed; they must be clear.

How do I request a refund?

Unfortunately, if an event is not cancelled or rescheduled, we cannot offer a refund to you. All sales are final that are purchased through Front Gate Tickets. This information can be viewed online in the Terms Of Use & Sale that you agreed to when purchasing the ticket.

In the event that concerts are canceled or postponed, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that concert. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed concert, please check the concert information online or contact us. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the Event Provider may set refund limitations.
