WRISTBAND PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS & POLICY

1st STOP (9PM - 10PM): Isabelles - 📍 548 King Street West

Kick off the night here! Show your ticket at the entrance to receive your wristband.

2nd STOP (10PM - 11PM): Bar Karma - 📍 512 Queen Street West

If you missed the first venue, wristbands are available during this time slot.

3rd STOP FINALE (11PM - 2AM): FUTURE - 📍 570 Queen Street West

The Final Stop - You can pick-up your wristband by 12:15AM LATEST so we can identify our guests for the FINALE!

WRISTBAND POLICY

Access: Wristbands allow entry only to each venue during its specific time slot. Re-entry to past venues is not permitted after the time slot has ended.

Wristbands allow you to enter the venue without paying cover, however it does not allow you to skip the line, as other crawlers and patrons will be lining up for the venue too. Entry is first come first serve for each venue, no exceptions.

Wristbands DO NOT entitle ticketholders to any free drinks. However, we will be hosting at the FINALE (Final Venue) wristband holders at the TORONTO CLUBS designated VIP SECTION (While Space Allows!)

Final Cutoff: Wristband distribution ends at 12:15 AM at the final venue. Late arrivals will not be able to get wristbands and no refunds will be provided if you miss the wristband cutoff time.

CLUB CRAWL ADVISORY

Pick Up Wristbands On Time: Collect your wristband(s) during the designated time at the scheduled venues before 11:00PM. Latecomers won’t be accommodated – no wristband, no entry.

Assign a Proxy if Needed: Can't make the check-in? Have a friend pick up your wristband to ensure you don’t miss out.

REFUND POLICY

100% CANCELLATION REFUND GUARANTEE

• If the event is cancelled for any reason, all tickets will be refunded in full
• Unless the event is cancelled - to be fair to all our guests, we do not offer refunds. We recommend transferring/exchanging tickets with a friend or guest who is looking to attend the crawl.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS

Age Requirement: You must be 19 years or older with a valid government-issued ID to participate in this event. No exceptions.

Wristbands: Your wristband is your key to entry. You must present your ticket or QR code at check-in to receive your wristband. Wristbands must be worn at all times to access participating bars and venues. No wristband, no entry.

Ticket Policy: All sales are final—no refunds, exchanges, or transfers. In case of event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a refund (excluding fees) will be automatically issued. Event lineup, venues, and specials are subject to change without notice.

Responsible Drinking: Please drink responsibly. We promote a safe, fun environment, but remember, no one should drink and drive. Use designated drivers or rideshare services. Participating venues reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any attendee based on intoxication or inappropriate behaviour. No refunds will be given if you are denied entry for any of these reasons.

Dresscode Guideline: Dressing classy is highly recommended. No sportswear, flip flops, sidebags, or streetwear. No refunds will be provided if entry is denied for this reason.

Capacity and Late Entry: Some venues may hit capacity during the event. If a venue reaches capacity or you arrive late, you may have to wait in line to gain entry. There is no guarantee of immediate access or entry to any specific venue once capacity is reached, and no refunds will be provided due to waiting times or access issues.

Respect & Conduct: Treat others and the event venues with respect. Disorderly conduct, inappropriate behaviour, or damage to the venues will result in removal from the event without a refund. The participating bars reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for inappropriate behaviour at any time.

Liability Waiver: By purchasing a ticket and participating in the crawl, you acknowledge that you are attending at your own risk. TorontoClubs.com, its affiliates, venues, staff, and organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, death, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.

Event Changes: Bars and venues may change, but the event will continue rain or shine. Be sure to check your email for any last-minute updates.

What is a Club Crawl?

A club crawl is a fun event where participants visit multiple bars or nightclubs in a single night, enjoying drinks and a lively atmosphere at each stop.

How does the Club Crawl work?

Upon check-in, you’ll receive a wristband. This wristband grants you free entry to all venues during the designated TIME SLOTS!

Do I need to check in at a specific time?

Yes, you must check in during the designated registration time to collect your wristband. Check-in times will be provided on this event page and via e-mail before the event.

What if I can’t make registration/check-in before the start of the crawl?

You must check in during the specified registration window. Unfortunately, late check-ins cannot be accommodated, and you may not be able to participate if you miss it.

Is there an option for early registration/check-in to pick up my wristbands?

Please review the check-in times as posted for details on how to pickup your wristbands. There are no options for early pickup or registration.

What should I wear to the NYE club crawl?
Dressing classy is highly recommended. No sportswear, flip flops, sidebags, or streetwear. No refunds will be provided if entry is denied for this reason. All venues reserve the right to deny entry if you're underdressed.

Is there an age limit for pub crawls or bar crawls?
Yes, participants must be 19+ with valid government-issued ID to attend. Screenshots or photocopies will not be accepted under any circumstances. No refunds will be provided if you forget to bring your government-issued ID.

What should I bring to the club crawl?
Bring your ticket (printed or on your phone), a physical copy of government issued ID (no copies or screenshots), and cash or card for drinks and tips. We highly suggest bringing cash for drinks to ensure you are able to easily purchase drinks.

Can I check in and get wristbands for my friend with their ticket?
Yes, as long as you have their ticket or QR code, you can pick up their wristband.

Will there be long lines to get in?
Some venues may have lines depending on legal capacity, but your wristband will allow you entry to all participating bars assuming you get there early enough. Participating venues reserve the right to deny entry once legal capacity is hit for safety reasons.

WHERE DO WE PICK UP WRISTBANDS IF WE ARE LATE TO THE CRAWL?
Wristband check-in will be available at each venue/stop until the listed time. If you are late to the crawl, send us an email to let us know and then proceed to meet us at the appropriate venue for the time of your arrival.

NOTE: We do our best to accommodate late-comers at each stop; however, if you arrive late we cannot guarantee check-in. Thus it is best to plan to arrive at scheduled check-in (first stop).

DO WE HAVE TO FOLLOW THE SCHEDULE? CAN WE JUMP BETWEEN VENUES AT OUR OWN DISCRETION?
You must follow the listed schedule of our crawl to ensure entry. Entry outside of our scheduled times is at the venue's discretion and is not guaranteed (and therefore, not recommended).

DOES MY TICKET NEED TO MATCH MY NAME/ID?
No, as long as your ticket scans you’ll receive your wristband.
