MEMBERS INFO

1. Is a Private Members Club catering to Toronto’s, LGBTQ2S+ Community and their supporters.

2. Entry to The Club is restricted to Members and their Guests.

3. You must be the full age of 19 years and provide government issued photo identification to prove your age and identity when registering as a member or at any other time so requested.

4. As a Member you release and hold The Club harmless for any loss, injury or damage of every nature and kind however caused which you may suffer while on or as a consequence of having being on or in the premises of The Club.

5. The membership issued to you by The Club remains the property of The Club and must be surrendered to The Club upon request by or for The Club.

6. Your Club Membership is not transferrable at any time to anyone.

7. The Club shall have the right to cancel or revoke your Membership for any reason at any time.

8. If you choose to surrender your Membership, you shall not be entitled to any refund.
