For groups reserving Bottle Service — once you have made your reservation online through our website you will receive an Access Key under the table reservation name. Your Access Key will guarantee you the option to purchase tickets up until the event, even if General Admission sells out. Just enter your Access Key at the ticket page (via the Purchase Tickets button).
Due to the high demand on NYE, all tables are prepaid before the event. After you have made your table reservation through our website we will be in contact within 24-48 hours with your Access Key and prepayment instructions.
On the night of: please have your receipt and Photo ID when checking-in.

DOES GENERAL ADMISSION AND/OR VIP BOTTLE SERVICE TICKETS GRANT ACCESS TO ALL ROOMS?
Yes, both these tickets grant you access to the entire event.
What is the time/duration of the event?
Doors will open at 9pm. Alcohol will finish at 3am. The event will begin to end at 3:30am.
ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
There are NO refunds for General Admission & Bottle Service tickets.
IS BOTTLE SERVICE REFUNDABLE?
There are NO refunds for Bottle Service.
IF I PURCHASED A TICKET CAN SOMEONE ELSE USE THE TICKET?
Yes, as long as the ticket has not been scanned.
IS THERE COAT CHECK? HOW MUCH IS COAT CHECK?
Yes, there is coat check for $5.
WILL THE PRICE OF GENERAL ADMISSION INCREASE?
Yes, the price of General Admission tickets will increase upon capacity.
WILL THE PRICE OF VIP BOTTLE SERVICE TICKETS INCREASE?
Yes, the price of VIP Bottle Service tickets will increase with event demand. However - VIP Bottle Service tickets will always remain discounted/cheaper than General Admission tickets.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN WE HAVE IN OUR TABLE/BOOTH?
There is no maximum or minimum number of guests that can join your table/booth. However, keep in mind all tables are standard size and can usually fit 10-15 guests.
CAN THOSE WHO HAVE PURCHASED GENERAL ADMISSION JOIN OUR TABLE?
Yes, there is no maximum or minimum number of guests that can join your table/booth. You have option to purchase up to 15 tickets at a reduced rate with your Bottle Service reservation. Additional guests can purchase regular General Admission tickets.
IS THERE A SEPARATE LINE FOR BOTTLE SERVICE?
Yes, there is a separate line up for Bottle Service and General Admission guests.
CAN THOSE WITH GENERAL ADMISSION ENTER THROUGH BOTTLE SERVICE LINE?
Yes, but only if they are with the person/group who made the Bottle Service researvation.
HOW DO WE KNOW OUR BOTTLE SERVICE RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED?
Once you have made your pre-payment through our Bottle Service Prepayment Form, you will receive a confirmation receipt.
