Refund Policy

• No Refunds

• We are unable to offer a refund for tickets. We try our best to release event details weeks in advance to allow guests the opportunity to organize and attend.

• We have a “No Refund” policy

Purchased Ticket But Cannot Attend

• The best option is to exchange your ticket with a friend or guest looking to attend the event. The ticket does not need to be name specific. The ticket is fine, as long as the barcode scans-in.

• We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you can still attend

Bottle Service Admission

• Bottle Service tickets are $25.00 (cheapest admission ticket).

• Groups reserving Bottle Service will receive a 'Promo Code’. This key code will unlock the tickets on the ticketing event page, and will be available up until the event, even if General Admission sells out.

Identification & Entry

• All events are 19+ age of entry.

• Government photo ID is required for entry.

• Venue security has the right to refuse entry to anyone (ex. identification, intoxication, dress code, etc).
