What happens if an artist cancels?

All scheduled performances at the festival, including those of headlining artists, are subject to change or cancellation without notice. No refunds will be given for such changes or cancellations.

GENERAL FAQ

Is ÎLESONIQ an all-ages event?

"ÎLESONIQ is an all-ages event. Children aged 10 years and younger are admitted for free when accompanied by an adult with a valid ÎLESONIQ ticket. Due to the limited amount of space available in the ÎLESONIQ Terrasse area, every person admitted to this area must have a valid Gold Pass. Please note that there is no kids zone at ÎLESONIQ.

The legal drinking age in Quebec is 18 years old. If you are planning on consuming alcohol at the festival, please bring two (2) valid pieces of ID and be sure to drink responsibly."

When are passes on sale?

The îLESONIQ weekend passes will go on sale Friday, October 29th at 10 AM.

Cannabis Regulations

"All cannabis products brought into the festival site must be in sealed SQDC packaging or from any other official government sources and must have been purchased legally. Any cannabis products that do not conform to the law will not be accepted or allowed on site. An individual may have up to a maximum of 30 grams in their possession, the maximum quantity allowed by law.

No sale of cannabis is authorized on site. Consume in moderation."

Is there a Lost & Found at ÎLESONIQ?

"During the festival :

Our lost and found service point is located near the information kiosk, close to the site's main entrance. It will be a pleasure for us to return any and all lost items. However, if your belongings have not yet been recovered, you may contact us at objetsperdusfestivals@evenko.ca. Please be sure to include a detailed description of the lost items and a member of our customer service team will be in touch.

How can media and photographers get accredited for îLESONIQ?

Media can sign up at evenko.ca/media to receive our press releases and information related to media accreditation.

Are single day passes available?

Yes! As usual, you can buy passes for just the Friday, Saturday or Sunday event as you wish

When is îLESONIQ 2022 happening ?

GREAT NEWS ! îLESONIQ is adding an extra day of dancing in 2022! The next edition of the festival will take place from August 5-7,2022 at Parc Jean-Drapeau!

Are my 2020/2021 passes valid for îLESONIQ 2022?

What if it rains?

"As the saying goes, ""The show must go on!"" îLESONIQ takes place rain or shine. Please check the weather prior to coming to îLESONIQ and if there’s a high chance of rain we suggest bringing a pocket-sized poncho and a sweatshirt or windbreaker.

Please note that severe weather conditions may temporarily interrupt some concerts/activities. We invite you to stay tuned to our social media for up-to-date information. Please note that as indicated in our purchase agreement, the îLESONIQ policy is that no exchange or refund will be provided following your purchase."

How can I recover my tickets?

Prior to check-out, you can select your ticket recovery preference: via mail or will call.

SAFETY & ACCESSIBILITY

Is there medical staff at ÎLESONIQ?

Medical staff are constantly present on site. Please be sure to bring all prescribed medication you may need and avoid putting yourself in harm’s way. While it’s important to have fun, please monitor your consumption of alcohol and be sure to stay hydrated throughout the day.

Is ÎLESONIQ accessible for people with reduced mobility?

The festival is committed to providing a unique experience for people with reduced mobility and people with disabilities. With the goal of improving universal accessibility during summer festivals, the facilities will be optimized with new signage, an information booth, a paratransit shuttle and dedicated parking spaces, user-friendly platforms for people with reduced mobility or disabilities. The festival wants to create for our customers a memorable and unforgettable moment.

Can I bike to îLESONIQ?

Yes! We encourage you to bike - it's a fast, practical and ecofriendly transportation mode! Upon arrival to the festival site, roll into The Terminus: a secure and dedicated bicycle parking lot, steps away from the festival’s entrance

Can I take my car to îlESONIQ?

We recommend taking the STM’s Metro system or biking, but if you must travel to îLESONIQ by car please be sure to carpool. Driving directions and parking information can be found on Parc Jean-Drapeau’s website.
